Who Is Pilates Good For and Why?

Pilates is truly for everyone - whether you're a teen, an athlete, a busy professional, or enjoying retirement. At Elevated Pilates, our classes are designed to meet you where you are, with options for all fitness levels and goals.

Pilates focuses on strengthening the smaller stabilizing muscles, improving balance, mobility, and overall body alignment. It's a full-body, low-impact workout that builds core strength while being gentle on your joints- making it a smart and sustainable way to move, feel better, and prevent injury.

How Often Should I Take Pilates?

Consistency is key! We recommend taking Pilates 2-4 times per week to see noticeable improvements in strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. That said, everyone's goals and schedules are different - whether you come once a week or go all in with unlimited classes, we're here to support your journey.

What Equipment Is Used At Elevated Pilates?

At Elevated Pilates, we use a variety of high-quality equipment to keep your workouts engaging and effective. Our primary piece of equipment is the Reformer, which uses springs, straps, and your own body weight to create resistance and challenge your muscles in new ways. Don't worry - your instructor will guide you through everything, and you'll likely discover muscles you didn't even know you had!

We also incorporate other equipment like the EXO Chai, Springboard, Bosu, and TRX to add variety and keep every class fresh and dynamic. In addition to our equipment-based sessions, we offer mat Pilates classes, which focus on bodyweight movement, core control, and alignment - all with the same attention to form and precision.

How Much Is A Membership At Elevated Pilates?

Most importantly, come with an open mind and a sense of how your body's feeling - we'll take care of the rest!
