Gendyliss — "Gen"
With over 20 years of experience in both athletic and classical Pilates, Gen brings a rare blend of strength, grace, and soul to every session. While serving as a New York City police officer, she practiced Pilates as a personal refuge and form of self-care. Now retired from the NYPD, she channels that strength and resilience into building a space where everyone can thrive.
What started as a hobby became a calling, and eventually a community. Elevated Pilates is the realization of that vision — a soulful, welcoming space dedicated to holistic living, purposeful movement, and personal transformation. Gen's approach is rooted in authenticity, community, and a deep belief that movement is medicine for the body, mind, and spirit.
