Join us for a 30-minute complimentary Reformer-based session led by one of our expert instructors - each highly trained to guide you through the foundations of Pilates with personalized attention and encouragement.

This introduction session gives you a full-body experience using our state-of-art equipment, introduces you to our class style, and helps you feel what makes Elevated Pilates different - supportive, high-energy, and results-driven.

Flow Series

Focus: Core strength, flexibility, posture, and flow.

Foundational to advanced reformed-based Pilates classes that build strength, flexibility, and control through seamless, full-body movement. Offered in three progressive levels:

Elevate 1

Level: Beginner

A supportive, pace-controlled class that introduces core Pilates principles, foundational movements, and proper equipment usage.

Elevate 2

Level: Intermediate

Builds on foundational work with more complex movement patterns, transitions, and moderate pacing to increase strength, stability, and endurance.

Elevate 3

Level: Advanced

A challenging full-body experience for seasoned clients. Features layered choreography, advanced balance work, and strong core engagement.

Cardio Pilates

Focus: Heart rate elevation, sculpting, and endurance.

Apparatus: Reformer with Jumpboard

Elevated Jump 1

Level: Beginner Cardio

Low-impact, high-energy classes using the Jumpboard and dynamic transitions to elevate your heart rate while sculpting and toning.

Elevated Jump 2

Level: Advanced Cardio

High-energy sequencing, quick transitions, and added resistance. Ideal for those comfortable with jumping and who ready to sweat and sculpt.

Get ready to fire up your glutes and power through a high-energy, lower-body-focused Reformer workout designed to tone, tighten, and lift. Booty & burn targets your seat, thighs, and core with precision movements, resistance-based sequences, and heart-pumping intervals that leave you feeling the burn - in the best way.

Level: 2 & 3

Challenge your core endurance with dynamic planks, Reformer combos, and props like resistance bands and balls. Expect a faster pace, deeper burn, and some serious oblique work.

Sculpt, shake, and slay - one rep at a time. This upper-body burner focuses on arms, shoulders, back, and posture with slow, controlled movements that pack a punch. Using Reformer, light weights, and props, you'll hit all the right spots - from biceps to triceps to upper back. Expect serious sculpting, high vibes, and that post-class flex that feels so good.
