Refund & Cancellation Policy

Memberships

All memberships require a 6-month commitment and are non-refundable. To cancel, 30 days' written notice is required. Ending a membership before the 6-month commitment is complete is subject to a $100 early-termination fee.

Membership Freezes

Memberships may be frozen for up to 3 months at $35 per month. Freeze requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your invoice date. Any payment that processes before a freeze takes effect remains on your account as class credits, ready for you when you return.

Class Packs & Drop-Ins

Class packages and single drop-ins are non-refundable. Purchased credits are valid per the terms shown at checkout.

Class Cancellations

Classes must be cancelled at least 8 hours in advance. Late cancellations (within 8 hours) forfeit the class credit and incur a $15 fee. No-shows incur a $20 fee.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire. They may be redeemed for classes, café purchases, and merchandise.

Café & Retail

Café purchases are final. Unworn, unwashed retail items with original tags may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
