Good to Know
Frequently Asked
Where can I park?
Plenty of options — multiple spots on our block and surrounding streets, plus parking on the side block of the plaza directly across the street. Easy and accessible for all class times.
Who is Pilates good for?
Truly everyone — teens, athletes, busy professionals, and retirees. Our classes meet you where you are, strengthening stabilizing muscles, improving balance and alignment, low-impact and gentle on the joints.
How often should I take Pilates?
Consistency is key — we recommend 2–4 times per week. Whether once a week or unlimited, we'll support your journey.
What equipment do you use?
Our primary piece is the Reformer, plus the EXO Chair, Springboard, Bosu, and TRX — and mat Pilates focused on core control and alignment.
What should I bring to my first class?
Grip socks (available for purchase if you forget) and a water bottle — or grab a drink at the café. Most importantly, an open mind!
How much is a membership?
Flexible options from monthly class credits to fully unlimited, plus a FREE intro class. See "Pick Your Perfect Package" for pricing and perks.
Membership & Billing Policies
How do I freeze my membership?
Email us at hello@elevatedpilatesnyc.com at least 14 days before your invoice date. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months at $35 per month.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships require 30 days' written notice to cancel. Just email hello@elevatedpilatesnyc.com and we'll confirm your final billing date so there are no surprises.
What if I need to end my commitment early?
All memberships include a 6-month commitment. To end early, a one-time $100 early-termination fee applies, and our standard 30 days' written notice still applies — so you'll have one final billing cycle before your membership closes. We'll lay out every charge up front so nothing catches you by surprise.
What are your late-cancel and no-show fees?
Please cancel at least 8 hours before class. A late cancel forfeits the class credit plus a $15 fee; a no-show is a $20 fee. This keeps spots open for members on the waitlist.
