First-Timer Tip
New to the reformer? Start with a Level 1 class — we offer Level 1 in both our flow and cardio formats, perfect for building your foundation. Level 2 and 3 classes require prior experience or pre-approval, so they aren't open to first-timers just yet. Specialty classes run closer to a Level 2 — faster-paced and more targeted — so choose based on your comfort. Not sure where to start? Give us a call and we'll help you pick the right class.
