Refund policy

OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy covers merchandise purchased directly through the Elevated Pilates NYC online store (elevatedpilatesnyc.com). Classes, class packages, memberships, and other services are purchased and booked through our studio management system and are governed separately by the terms of your membership agreement or class package agreement, which you accept at the time of purchase — those purchases are final sale and are not covered by this policy.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS
We want you to love what you buy. If you're not satisfied with a merchandise purchase, you may return or exchange unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the delivery or pickup date, along with proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at hello@elevatedpilatesnyc.com with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable time. Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Gift cards, sale or clearance merchandise, and any item marked "final sale" cannot be returned or refunded.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@elevatedpilatesnyc.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

CLASSES, CLASS PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS
Single classes, class packages (including drop-ins and multi-class packs), and studio or student memberships are billed and administered through our studio management system, not this online store. All such purchases are final sale: session credits are non-refundable and expire as stated at the time of purchase, and membership cancellations, freezes, and late-cancellation/no-show fees are governed by your signed membership or class package agreement. Please refer to that agreement or contact us directly with questions about a class, package, or membership purchase.
